This Privacy Policy explains how BrewFocus ("the App", "we") handles your information. The App is designed to keep your focus data on your device wherever possible. The App does not require an account.
On-device data. Your focus sessions, records, selected drinks and seats, sound preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or read this content.
Analytics data. We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregated usage events — such as which screens are opened, which drink is selected, and whether a focus session is completed — together with basic technical information (device model, operating system version, app version, and a randomly generated device identifier). This data is not linked to your real-world identity, and we do not attempt to re-identify you from it.
Crash data. We use Sentry, a third-party crash-reporting service, to receive automatic reports when the App crashes. These reports contain technical diagnostic information — a stack trace of where the crash occurred, your device model, operating system version, and app version. They do not contain the content of your work, and they are not linked to your identity.
Purchase data. Subscription and purchase status is processed through Apple and RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. We never receive or store your credit card number or payment credentials.
We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or the content of your work. We do not collect your email address unless you choose to contact us directly. The App has no account system, no login, and no user profile.
The App shares limited data with the following third parties. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and each is required to provide protection of user data equal to that described in this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
If you opt in, the App may schedule local reminder notifications on your device. These are generated on-device and are not sent from a server. You can disable them at any time in iOS Settings.
