Welcome to BrewFocus ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

BrewFocus is an immersive concentration experience built around the ritual of a café visit — choosing a drink, taking a seat, hearing the beans ground, and settling into the ambience while you work. Alongside this experience, the App provides session records, ambient soundscapes, and related features. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. No account or registration is required.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription or purchase ("BrewFocus Premium"), sold through the Apple App Store.

Plans offered:

Prices in other regions follow Apple's App Store pricing and are always shown in your local currency inside the App before you purchase.

Auto-renewal terms (Yearly and Monthly plans):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• A free trial, where offered, automatically converts to a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• To cancel: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select BrewFocus, and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Sale. We cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
